Exciting new project in Copenhagen for Gibson Group

23/06/2009
Interactive Wall

Gibson International are creating a world first multimedia interactive installation for the Museum of Copenhagen.

The installation is called Vaeggen, which means wall,  and will feature a bank of huge multi-touch screens driving a 3D digital cityscape, which will be built of media contributed by the museum and public alike. The spectacular attraction will be installed in 4 key locations around the city where deep archaeological excavations are taking place for a new metro line.

The unique interactivity of Vaeggen will enable visitors to explore the findings of archaeologists, comment on them, and link them with historic collections from the museum and their own personal histories.

The official opening is 01 April 2010.
